Products Availability:
Our products are imported from China and we only sell products in stock. If any item is out of stock, we need 60 days to import.
Pricing:
All our prices include 15% VAT and we reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice.
Method of Payment:
Instant EFT – You can pay by Instant EFT through our accredited commerce service provider Payfast (Pty) Ltd.
Bank Card – You can pay by your bank card through our accredited commerce service provider Payfast (Pty) Ltd. Please note that our processor and our bank may contact you to verify your bank card information and identify due to high incidence of online credit fraud. This procedure may take a couple of days to complete.
Cash Deposit – We accept cash deposits to our ABSA account: 4057393864. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
Agreement of Sale:
Relative payment has made and proof of payment has been received for relative deal. The sale agreement comes into effect. We will reserve the right to cancel the deal for some reasons, but will refund the full amount to the buyer in reasonable days.
Courier:
Door to Door Courier(Gauteng Only) — R60.00;
Door to Door Courier(Other provinces)– R100.00;
Direct Collection:
We welcome the customers to collect the parcels based on booking.
Warranty:
For bamboo products, return for exchanging in 7 days because of any quality problem.
For porcelain products, we carry out “ your breaking, your crying” warranty policy. The defects from porcelain nature and handmade nature are not under warranty. Porcelain is not guaranteed against the faults resulted from normal wear and tear.
For all electric products made from bamboo and porcelain, one year replaced warranty against the relative invoice.
Refund:
If the third time quality problems come out, you can ask for full amount refund.
Privacy:
We commit to protect your privacy.
Dispute:
Any dispute comes out, you and we will discuss friendly and fairly. If the dispute still can’t be settled, we will submit the dispute to relative Arbitration Committee.
Update:
We will change, modify, add or remove any Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Browser need check Terms and Conditions before concluding any deals.
